It was wonderful. We all had a great time. Enrique was awesome - very patient and attentive!!!!!! The food was great too especially the salmon. But I have to say it was tooooooo much food. I think we all fell into food coma because everything was so delicious.
Anyway thanks so much, without you everything would have been a mess.
I would definately recommend more people to this place.

The party was wonderful! The staff and manager were a delight. They made sure we were comfortable and asked every few minutes if we needed anything. They were extremely accommodating by splitting up the meat appetizers from the rest to meet the needs of our guests. We were thrilled and would love to have another party there sometime after our wedding! We loved being able to hear our band and eat the great food! Thanks! - M. Wasserman

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your team for all the work and careful organization of our event; you guys went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. My group had one of the best parties ever.

Thanks as well to Ivan and all the staff for the great spirit and animation and the outstanding service.

Please let me know if everything was settled or if there is anything pending. I also wanted to ask you the favor of sending me, if possible, the itemized credit card receipts. My boss took the one with the totals, but we need the detailed one for accounting.

My name is Ruben Perez. Several times throughout the year, I come up to NYC to wine and dine my top clients. I recently hosted a client dinner for 20+ people at Havana Central Times Square (12/9/09). I want to share some feed back on the exceptional service my clients and I received. The location was convenient, the décor of the restaurant was warm and charming, the food was delicious, the beverages were incredible (white sangria was my favorite) and the service was fantastic. There were two individuals on your staff that made this experience truly successful. I would like to have Heather Lynch and Liz Marra recognized for their exceptional service.

From the first time I contacted your restaurant, Heather Lynch was very helpful, delightful and a true pleasure to work with. She took the time to listen to what my needs were for my group and gave me great suggestions on the menu and ultimately put together a great package for my event. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and followed up with me frequently to see if I had any other questions and to tell me how much she was looking forward to hosting our event. During our dinner, she constantly checked in on our group and with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and making sure everyone was having a great time. At the conclusion, she gave me copies of the contract and our bill separately as I had requested many weeks prior. That was impressive that she remembered as most places I’ve worked with usually forget.

Heather introduced me to Liz Marra when I got to the restaurant and told me she would be taking care of our group that evening. I have to be honest; at first I was a little bit concerned that Liz might not be able to handle a group of my size (20+ ppl). Here in Dallas, it would have taken at least three people to serve and attend our group. But she proved me wrong. She did a phenomenal job! She was on top of every detail with everyone in our group. No one ever had to wait for a drink as she always made sure everyone had a full glass (per my request), she constantly asked my guests if they needed anything and if they were enjoying their beverage of choice. She kept us on track with the serving times as we had to finish by 7:35PM in order to get to our show on time and no matter what questions or requests I had, she always responded with a positive attitude and a radiant smile. Everyone in my group made several positive comments about her throughout the evening and afterwards as well. And I completely agree with them.

In closing, there are hundreds (even thousands) of restaurants to choose from in NYC. The difference between a good place and a great place is the combination of service, quality and culinary experience. Both Heather and Liz poses the qualities and provide GREAT SERVICE and they are the reason why I will always visit your establishment every time I visit your wonderful city for business or pleasure. And I will always recommend your establishment to my clients and my colleagues because my experience was truly amazing and memorable. Please thank them and the Chef for me. Have a great & successful 2010!

I want to thank you for assisting me with planning our holiday party. We have decided to have our party at another place since the staff wants a private room so we can accommodate a DJ for dancing. I am keeping the menus that you sent me so I can possible hold our spring dinner at Havana Central. We usually go to the Theatre for a Matinee Show on a Wednesday and dinner afterwards at 5:00 so I think Havana Central would be perfect for us in the spring.
